To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at info@sierraestatesale.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment.

Due to the nature of estate sales, all items are sold AS-IS and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.

AS-IS Condition
Buyers are responsible for carefully inspecting all items before purchasing. Estate items may show wear consistent with age and use. No guarantees, warranties, or representations are made regarding the condition, authenticity, functionality, or completeness of any item.

Testing & Inspection
Customers are encouraged to test electronics, appliances, tools, and mechanical items on-site when possible. Once an item is purchased and removed from the property, no adjustments or returns will be made.
